Exchange and Return Policies

At Fyide, we are committed to creating exceptional clothing that resonates with our vision and purpose. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist with returns and exchanges. Please review the policies below to ensure a smooth process.

 

Return and Exchange Time Period

You may initiate a return or exchange within 10 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all original labels and tags intact.

 

Offer Exchange

Exchanges can be made for the same design or a different design for the full selling price of the returned item(s), excluding shipping costs and any additional taxes. Processing an exchange may take up to 10 business days.

Note: We do not issue cash refunds for exchanges or sale items.

 

Exclusions

We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

  • Final sale and last-chance items
  • Gift cards

 

Initiating a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at info@fyide.com with your request for a return or exchange.
  • Include your full name, email address, order number, and reason for the return or exchange in your email.

 

Shipping the Items Back

When returning item(s), please use a reliable courier service to ensure safe delivery. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to monitor the process. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return or exchange.

 

Lost or Damaged Items

Items lost during transit are not eligible for a refund. If returned item(s) arrive damaged, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to account for the damage. To avoid issues, ensure items are appropriately packaged before shipping them back.

 

Return Options

Please return the package to the following address through a courier service of your choice:

Address: 331, Pahala Biyanwila, Kadawatha, Sri Lanka.

Important: Kindly make the payment to the courier at the time of collection. Ensure the returning package is sealed to avoid damages and that order details are clearly mentioned on the package (Order number, Name, Contact number, Style number, and Size).

Once the package is received, the paid amount for the returned product will be credited to your account as store credits within 7 days after a quality inspection. Returns should be made within 10 days and in original, undamaged packaging with the tags intact.

Note: If the product has not been returned in a fully resalable condition, we are unable to accept the return. The product will be returned to the customer.

We will communicate with the courier company and arrange a pickup to return the package. Please ensure the package is sealed to avoid damages and that order details are mentioned. Depending on your location, there may be a return courier charge, which needs to be paid at the time of collection.

Once the package is received, the paid amount for the returned product will be credited to your account as store credits within 7 days after a quality inspection. Returns should be made within 10 days and in original, undamaged packaging with the tags intact.
